Please consider becoming a member of the Waupun Area Animal Shelter, Inc. In addition to being a member of the Shelter please consider making a kind donation to the Shelter, adding us to your estate planning, or if you belong to a group; consider asking them to make a donation to the Shelter. Memberships and donations are tax deductible and all proceeds will help fund a building for our new shelter. You can also help with Volunteering or Fostering Animals.

GRANT AWARDED!

The Fond du Lac Area Foundation Community Impact Grant for 2007 has awarded us a donation for our shelter. After Carla and Diana spoke to their commitee they decided to award us $6.500 toward building our shelter. This will help tremendously toward getting our heating system in this winter so the inside work can continue. We want to THANK them for their belief in what our members are trying to accomplish!

WAUPUN MIDDLE SCHOOL

WaupunMiddle School students raised $300 for the Waupun Area Animal Shelter, Inc. The student project was to build wren birdhouses and then paint designs on them to create unique bird houses. The painted bird houses were auctioned at the middle school's Elegant Evening of Excellence. The proceeds will benefit the creation of the Animal Shelter. We want to Thank all who participated.

CLUB DONATION

Post 210 American Legion and VFW Bartenders donated their proceeds from their Tip Cup from the Volkfest Legion Beer Stand. Thanks guys for thinking of us.

SUPPLIES FOR OUR SHELTER

We received a generous donation of a large amount (over $5,000.00 worth) of supplies from Dale Kressin of the Animal Medical and DentalCenter in Oshkosh. Cages, wash tubs etc. will be a wonderful addition to get us started with the equipment for the inside of our shelter. We are so very appreciative of this help!
